Therapies & Specialties

Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. It’s effective for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem.

In CBT sessions with Diara, you'll learn practical tools to better understand your thinking, manage difficult emotions, and develop healthier coping strategies. The goal is to empower you with skills that support lasting, meaningful change—both in how you feel and how you live.

Individual Counseling

Individual therapy offers a safe, one-on-one space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and challenges.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) helps you stop fighting difficult thoughts and emotions—and start focusing on what truly matters to you. Instead of trying to eliminate pain, ACT teaches you how to accept it, create space for it, and commit to actions that align with your values.

In ACT sessions with Diara, you'll learn mindfulness-based skills to manage distress, increase psychological flexibility, and live with greater purpose and intention. ACT can be especially helpful for anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
